| Citizens of Wuvy-Dovey Smoochy Land | First appearance in issue 3. The Citizens of Wuvy-Dovey Smoochy Land seem to be based of the Care Bears. They are a species based on love, a "purfect" source of food for the changelings. |   |
| Jim | First appearance in issue 2 . A male cave troll collector who wishes to keep the mane six along with his magic 8 ball, Optimus Prime and skull. Jim seems to be a parody of bronies due to his pony collecting habit. |   |
| Ace | Appears on the show in Call of the Cuite after Apple Bloom gets his racket covered in apple gunk and in issue 1. |   |
| Firefly | Background pony in issue 1 , she has two black lightning bolts as her cutie mark, a pink coat, blue mane and a pink bow on her tail. |   |
| Andy Price | He is the primary illustrator for the first story arc, first seen in issue 1. His ponysona has a blue coat and mane, glasses and a pencil with bat wings for his cutie mark. See Andy Price |   |
| Brunella | A hippo in issue 1 , she is in the background as the Cutie Mark Crusaders are trying to become zoologists. |   |
| Wild Fire | Background pony in issue 1 , she has a brown mane and a yellow coat. Her cutie mark is the same as Hot Wheels seen in Call of the Cutie. See Wild Fire. |   |
| Golden Harvest | Appears in issue 1 and is also in the show. See Golden Harvest. |   |
| Changelings | First appear in A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2 and the comic issue 1 and are the minions of their leader Queen Chrysalis. These creatures can turn into ponies and feed of love. |   |
| Changeling Assistant 1 | An assistant of Queen Chrysalis seen in issue 3 with greenish blue armour. |   |
| Changeling Assistant 2 | An assistant of Queen Chrysalis seen in issue 3 with dark blue armour. |   |
| Chupacabra | Mythical creature from America, in English it's name means goat sucker as it's believed to drink the blood of goats. Seen in issue 3. |   |

| Mola Ram | Seen in issue 4, a parody of Mola Ram from Indiana Jones: Temple of Doom. |   |
| Time Turner | aka Doctor Whooves first appears in the comic in issue 1. He is a popular background pony appearing in many episodes of the show and the comic and has also made it to the front cover for issue 1 and issue 2 making a greater connection to The Doctor from BBC's Doctor Who. |   |
